Shared Print Retentions Search

The Shared Print Retentions Search is designed to help libraries search for shared print retentions and digital surrogates via Google Sheets™ using APIs from OCLC, Internet Archives, and HathiTrust.

The Shared Print Retentions Search accesses the current google sheet™ in google drive™ and performs edits. It only touches the Google Sheet™ you are using the add on in. It may also send email as the user,  in order to allow the optional sending of a single email notifying the user when a batch lookup in the APIs has finished. The app does not store or share any of this information. It does not request, collect, or store any personal information. The add on complies with the Google™ API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and Google™'s privacy policy.

This tool was built as an open-source app. It is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
